Membership Information

Any writer, aspiring or published, can apply for membership in the Coastal Dunes Branch of the California Writers Club. There are lots of unique benefits to becoming a member:

—Discounts on anthologies, workshops/events that we sponsor

—Permanent member badge to wear at meetings

—E-zine: receive our quarterly branch e-zine, “Imprints”

—Publication: submit your work to our Coastal Dunes branch anthologies, e-zine, and the state-level CWC Literary Review:

Dues and Fees:
Our fiscal year goes from July 1 to June 30th. The Dues renewal period begins on July 1st, and ends on September 30th, so your renewal must be received during that time frame to avoid having to pay the initiation fee again.

–One-time initiation fee: $20

–Annual membership: $45

—If you join between January and June, membership is $22.50 (half a year)plus initiation fee

How to Join:

The application will be sent to Membership, then mail us your dues.

–Or another option: contact Membership via our Contact Form and request a membership application. Print, fill out, and bring it to the next meeting, or mail it to us along with your dues.
